Move over pirates...there's a new group of Vampirates in town! That's right! The Pirate's Dinner Adventure has "turned" into a scary place to be this Halloween! All of the pirates have been turned into Vampirates and they are on the loose looking for their next meal... YOU!

Logan and Kira were ready to join the crew! They dressed up with their favorite pirate shirts and brought their swords and hooks along to interact during this amazing, unique two-hour live performance.

Logan has been to the Pirate's Dinner Adventure before with my parents...but this was Kira's first time. She was excited to see the show! (At least she was until she saw the Vampirates!)

We entered the building that was completely decked out for the Halloween season. Spider webs, skulls, and so much more. The building was packed. Some people dressed up in costumes and some were just in their casual wear ready to enjoy the show. As a guest, we received headbands to match our Vampirate (were were on the orange team) and flags to wave during the show.

Dinner was delicious! They offered a four-course feast fit for a pirate king! Before the show they had pirates walking around with numerous preshow appetizers, then when we got to our seats our waitress took our order: Vegetable Soup or Fresh Garden Salad, Roasted Half Chicken or BBQ Beef Kabobs, Buttery Mashed Potatoes or Caribbean Rice and Fudge Brownie a la mode. Vegetarian and kids meals were available...which Kira really just wanted chicken nuggets. The meal also includes unlimited soft drinks and complimentary coffee.

The theater/dinning room was full! More than 150 guests have the chance to play an actual role in each show. We all got to cheer for our Vampirate and boo for the other teams! They even had us play a game ~ Pass the Cannon Ball. We all cheered and laughed during the show. It was a great family experience.
The show was filled with action, excitement, and fun! Kira and Logan were mesmerized with the acrobatics of the actors. They loved when the pirates swung from their perch above us to the ship/stage. The "gypsy" and the vampirate who did the tricks on the ropes were amazing!
After the show, Kira warmed up to the Vampirates and decided she needed to take pictures will all of them! The actors and actresses where so kind to step aside and take pictures with her.
